Sacramento (CA) – With additional measures to slow the recent surge in Coronavirus cases, the State also announced new resources for California businesses.
“We can’t afford to wait around for the president and congress to provide relief for thousands of small businesses,” said Assemblymember Chris Holden. “I thank Governor Newsom for his leadership, and look forward to working with my colleagues in the legislature to continue supporting small businesses that are the lifeblood of our economy,” said Holden.
California businesses have been hit particularly hard with COVID-19 restrictions. This week, Governor Newsom announced billions in immediate, temporary tax relief to support businesses.
