(Pasadena, CA) - Assemblymember Chris Holden (D-Pasadena) hosted a "Help Out…We're in a Drought" community meeting recently to discuss the severity of the drought, the water restrictions being implemented and water conservation techniques everyone can use to reduce water use. Local and state water officials, area business leaders and a large crowd filled the Kidspace Children's Museum courtyard for the event. "Every sector of our economy and region of our state must do more to conserve now," said Assemblymember Holden. "This briefing is designed to provide you and your family with helpful tools and actions that you can take immediately to conserve water."
